Loveland Needs Nita Starr's Leadership Skills
I encourage people to vote for Nita Starr for the Ward II Loveland City Council position. I have known Nita for 20 years and know she will serve our community well. Nita has shown leadership in many capacities. I worked with her during her time at Conrad Ball Middle School, including the years she was the assistant principal. She took the lead in our school’s application for the CAMLE Schools to Watch Award. While Nita was a leader in our building we won the award twice.
Nita is also a person who has demonstrated collaboration and communication skills. She works well with people of all ages and is able to make a connection with the people she meets. She is genuinely interested in others’ points of view and listens well. I watched her de-escalate angry students and adults by maintaining her cool and calm demeanor.
Please vote for Nita Starr for Ward II. We need her skills as one of our community leaders.
Vote Clark, Fogle, Starr, Ball and Overcash
There have been many comments about the Realtors’ selection of City Council and mayoral candidates. I am proud to say that we Realtors are involved in every entity of this wonderful city of Loveland. This is our home, place of business and where our friends and family reside and raise their families. We choose our candidates by how well they have done with city operations and how the candidates will help this city sustain.
Growth is good but does not help our bottom line. If growth stops, our competition dwindles and prices will increase so our business still flourishes. Builders will just move to a community close to our city. Loveland’s commerce and tax base will dwindle also. Maintaining this city will also become almost impossible without taxes. If the voters do not select wisely you may not hurt our business but you will harm those people we care about and the city we love. Vote for Clark, Fogle, Starr, Ball and Overcash.
